The choice of spot depends on your surf skills and the daily wave conditions, so you always get the most out of your surf lesson.

We offer surf lessons in Uluwatu for all levels, from beginner surf lessons until advanced surf guiding. Beginner surfers focus on learning the basic surf theory, intermediate surfers focus more on technique and how to catch your own waves and then we also offer surf guiding for more advanced surfers who already know how to catch their own waves!

We are a locally owned surf school located in Uluwatu passionate about teaching our students how to surf and improving their surf technique. We provide personalized surf lessons and surf guiding for all skill levels, from beginners learning the basic surf theory, intermediate surfers improving their technique learning the basic manouvers and for advanced surfers we offer surf guiding to the best surf spots Uluwatu and surf trips around Bali. Our team consists of professional local surf instructors, who have many years of experience working in some of the largest surf camps in Bali, wanting to share their knowledge to you!

SURF SPOTS IN ULUWATU
We offer surf lessons in Uluwatu, during most of the year our lessons are in Uluwatu but during rainy season we also offer surf lessons in Nusa Dua area.
Beginner surf lessons take place at Balangan Beach and Dreamland Beach, two safe and consistent spots ideal for first-time surfers.
For intermediate and advanced surf lessons, we take students to different surf spots around Uluwatu, Bali, depending on the swell, tide, and your surf level.

Bali has two surf seasons, and our lessons adapt to the conditions. During the Dry Season (May–September), we surf mainly on the west coast around Uluwatu. In the Wet Season (October–April), we move to the south-east coast near Nusa Dua, where the waves work better during this time of year.

At Hawaii Surf Bali, we make sure every student surfs the best possible spot for their level and the conditions of the day.

Transportation
We offer pickup and drop off by car for our surf lessons in Uluwatu. The price varies for transportation, depending on the amount of students joining. For surf lessons in Nusa Dua, we recommend taking car transportation since it is located a bit from Uluwatu area, in case of rain or not wanting to go by scooter.
Our surf trips are always by car, included in the surf trip price.

We also offer airport transfers or transportation to other areas in Bali, for up to 7 passangers with room for luggage and surfboard bags

Are you looking for a photographer to film your surf sessions in Uluwatu?
We offer surf photography for everyone interested. If you want to remember your first time surfing with pictures or have a private photographer join you when surfing around Bali, you have come to the right place. With our photography gear we can film from the beach or ocean your surfing, for up to 6h including 4k videos. Our camera gear is great for uploading on social medias, making content for ads or websites. When booking a surf lesson you can include videos and pictures for an extra fee, just let us know you want pictures in advance so we can organize everything ready for you!
